LCP 称量配料站(LCP)

　　概述 Summary

　　按照生产指令和配方，将多种物料分别投入无尘投料站，真空输送器将物料输送到高位暂存料仓，螺旋喂料器将物料定量加入至AGV移动小车上面的称量料仓，在加料过程、重量、精度符合配方要求，投量、输送、计量过程中无粉尘泄漏。

　　According to the production instructions and formula. various materials are separately feed into the dust-free feeding station. The vacuum conveyor transports the materi-als to the high-level temporary storage bin, and the screw feeder quantitatively adds the materials to the weighing bin on the AGV mobile car. The feeding process, weight, and accuracy are meet the reguirements of the formula, and there is no dust leakage during the feeding, conveying, and metering processes.
