　　该机主要应用于制药工业固体物料的转送、加料。可与流化床制粒机、流化床干燥机配套使用，可将制粒后结团的颗粒通过真空输送的方式，根据工艺要求整理出均匀的合格颗粒。同时在制药、化工、食品等行业广泛使用。

　　This machine is mainly used for the transfer and feeding of solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry. lt can be used in conjunction with fluid bed granulators and fluid bed dryers. The agglomerated granules after granulation process could get uniform granules through by vacuum feeding and milling process.It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals,chemicals, and food.

　　原理 Principle

　　该机主要由底盘、立柱、提升系统、真空输送系统、缓存料仓、整粒系统等组成。工作时启动真空输送器，通过真空的方式,将颗粒由流化床料仓吸到料仓中进入整粒机的腔体内，由腔体的整粒刀使颗粒过撞击、挤压、剪切后通过筛网孔排出腔体,经导流筒的出料口流到下道工席中的料仓或是离心振动筛中。

　　The machine mainly consists of a chassis, support frame, lifting system, vacuum feeding system, buffer hopper, and milling system. Start the vacuum feeding during operation. and through vacuum, the granules are sucked from the fluid bed material trolley into the chamber of the milling. In the chamber,after the granules get through striking、extruding and cutting process,then discharged by sieve of milling go to sieving or next process.
