　　概述 Summary

　　HSD R&D 料仓混合实验机通过安装在机体上的料仓的转动，实现对料仓内部装载物料的混合，通过更换料仓可满足多品种物料的实验要求，广泛应用于制药、食品、化工等行业的混合实验研究。

　　HSD R&D lab size bin blender, through the rotating of the bin to finish the inside material mixing process. Interchange able bins can fulfill different capacity requirements. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, Foodstuff, Chemical industries.

　　原理 Principle

　　HSD料仓混合实验机由料桶、控制系统、驱动系统、底座、安全护栏(可选配)组成。该机工作时，将安全护栏打开，打开密封盖，将多种物料投入，之后将密封盖锁紧。按照工艺要求设定混合时间和转速，启动设备。物料在混合过程中沿仓壁做切线运动，进而做翻转和高速的切向运动。达到预设时间后，料仓自动停止于垂直状态，方便出料。出料时，也可将料仓拆卸下来出料，同时安装另一料仓进行下一种物料的混合，节省实验时间。

Open the safety bar and the cover of the bin, then loading different materials inside the bin, and the lock the sealing cover. Set the mixing time and speed according to required data, then turn on the machine. During the mixing process, the material moves tangentially along the wall of the bin, and then it turns over and moves tangentially in high speed. After reaching the preset mixing time,machine stop automatically in vertical state, easy for discharging. When discharging, the bin can also be disassembled to discharge the material, and another bin can be installed to mix the next batch, saving time.
